Craftsmen’s family includes 160+ employees, 160,000 sq. ft of production facilities and a full team of designers, engineers, master fabricators, graphics and paint specialists.

Schantz Manufacturing has been making high-quality mobile kitchens for the fair & festival market, canteen services and the commercial kitchen industry for over 60 years. In 2017, Schantz Manufacturing was acquired by Craftsmen – a natural fit between our manufacturing specialties. Together, the two companies’ talents and capacity have created a mobile kitchen manufacturing powerhouse, for any market or need.
